In celebrating the holy month of Ramadhan, Bijan Bar & Restaurant Fine Malay Cuisine has come up with a plethora of nostalgic rendition of local cuisines in its Ramadhan Buka Puasa menu, alongside with international gourmets to whet the palate of worldwide epicureans as well.

Among the food that you could find at the exterior set up are............
Appetizers that ranges from Pegedil, Keladi Goreng, Cucur Ikan Bilis, Karipap and others, just to name a few.
Noodles station where you have Soup Noodles- Sup Rusuk Daging and Curry Mee, Fruit Rojak and Gado- gado.
Sharing the same spot are grilled poultry, seafood, satays and variety of carvings that are prepared by the brigade of chefs at the comfort of your dining. Guests would be given a number each to signify queues respectively so that they could still enjoy their food at the table and return awhile later on. Isn't that convenient? ~ It's very creamy, densed and packed with fresh flesh of D24 breed, thus explains the sweetness amidst the pungency. The marvelously baked cake85 has even won new foodies over who previously do not find durian as one their fav fruit.

What can you ask for more when you get to sample the freshest ingredients prepared passionately and the sincerest way? ^_^
Overall, it was indeed a marvelous night with mesmerizing nosh-up, heightened up with amiable service from the staff. The fact that chili and spice still remain an obvious concession to Malaysian tastes is due to their love for robust culinary flavours despite its large offering fusion cross-over. Fret not if you can’t handle much spicy food as the hotness have been slightly toned down to suit the general palate. So whenever you dropping by, don't forget to order their Durian-themed dessert. They are just pure indulgence- my 2 cents of favourite pick! (=
