TIME OUT KL PRIVATE EVENT | TANZINI NEW MENU LAUNCH






That evening was well spent previously when attending the private event organized by Time Out KL in conjunction with Tanzini New Menu Launch at its mesmerizing, elan set up at 28th floor of GTower.











Living the ‘farm to table’ concept, Tanzini culinary flairs mostly inspired by the fresh food movement, as it advocates a quality approach in presenting its cuisine to diners.






Offering a modern European cuisine with its base rooted firmly in the rich and hearty food of the Italian home kitchen, their contemporary cuisines and plates are created by fusing modern global cooking methods with heritage recipes and premium quality ingredients. Don’t be surprised to find your dishes hosting a little kick to it, as the chefs are keen on intertwining Asian flavors into their dishes.





STARTERS

Enjoy the selection at the buffet counter ranging from assorted homemade breads and pastries, accompanied with olive oil and vinegar as the Italian has it.






  
Melanzane
Eggplant parmigiana impaled with classic Tomato Sauce




Arugula Salad
Wild arugula, tomato confit, radicchio and Gorgonzola Cheese





Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, 65 °C egg and aged parmesan cheese




Vietnamese Fish Roe Rolls
Willow leaf fish (shishamo), squid roe, grilled egg and salted egg wrapped with rice paper






Duck Rillets
Pulled duck leg, foie gra mousse, fine greens, grilled ciabatta and homemade beetroot relish





PASTA

Gnocchi Ala Norma
Classic tomato sauce, eggplant, dry oregano, basil and baked ricotta cheese






MAIN COURSE

Pan Seared Cod
Celeriac puree, asparagus and porcini mushroom sauce

Cannoli, salted egg cream cheese, wild berry and caramelized palm sugar

Tanzini is located on the 28th floor of GTower, at the intersection of Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang adjacent to the Tabung Haji building. Access to the restaurant is provided via the Maitre D' counter in Lobby B on the ground floor.
