B, why B?
B is borned in the pursuit to always becoming better(to become A, of course), besides also carries the meaning of being in the moment, as in my all-time tagline, “ Carpe Diem”! (=After all, life is about being true to yourself, feels and immerse in the present experience.







This sensual passion is playfully interpreted in their menus of Western fusions with a touch from the Orient- interplaying locally market produced to carefully-selected ingredients across the globe.





Casual ambiance yet layered with some elegant, vogues vibes lent by those black, wooden setting.





The kitchen is currently manned by Chef Fan, who has worked in Maldives's Holiday Inn (touted as the best hotel in that region) previously for about 6 years, before returning to Malaysia to delight the taste buds of the folks here with his earnest culinary art that accumulated along the journey.

Warming up the tummy first and foremost were some homemade soup before we proceed to more sinful meaty repast.




CREAM OF THE WILD MUSHROOM SOUP (MYR 18.90)
With a dash of truffle oil, mushroom soil and garlic bread




FRENCH ONION SOUP (MYR 18.90)
French onion soup with sherry wine, chopped parsley and garlic bread

Both of these Hot Griller are served with sautéed vegetables, potato wedges, djon mustard and selected sauce from beef gravy, black pepper sauce and barbeque sauce

Very juicly and well marinated meat, yummy!

 Love these pinkish slices of pork jowl darn much! Dont' miss it- remember to try it out!

FINDING NEMO- BAKED FISH FILLET (MYR 18.90)
Veggie was there as sides as Chef Fan wish to instill a healthier diet among the young ones, but of course, diners has the options to exchange it with fries too.




CHICKEN LITTLE- CHICKEN CAESAR WRAO (MYR 18.90)
Tortilla wrap, grilled chicken, boiled egg, romaine lettuce and mayonnaise





And for the special month of August 2016, Alaskan Crab is now made available throughout the month and only for limited time, from 16th August to 16th September only.





ALASKAN CRAB (MYR 488++ for 2-3 pax)

Weighted about 2kg approximately, the Alaskan crab was brought in all the way from Alaska, blast frozen and oven-baked on top a mirepoix base to lock in the flavour for a quick 20 minutes prior to serving. Served long special homemade sauce.





Starting from MYR 488+, this dish requires 1 day reservation in advance. So hurry by now!
