A year has passed since its phenomenal debut by its iconic creation of Ruyi’s Sushi that has taken the culinary scene by storm, got raved by many epicurean through social media with its world’s smallest Nasi Lemak and Hainanese Chicken Rice, and now Ruyi & Lyn is already 1 year old!











In conjunction with this auspicious anniversary, the team behind decided to throw a birthday party to commemorate this eventful day stylishly at their posh and multi-faceted versatile lounge restaurant that got executed with a bang, needless to say!

In a nutshell, the fete was nothing short of an impressive showcase of a true gourmet innovator, under the seasoned hands of the affable maestro- Chef James Ho.







Fascinated by flavor-driven creations, texture and ultimately divine taste, Chef James has established himself as an unorthodox Chinese Restaurant Chef who finds passion in innovating Oriental traditional recipes to another level in order to ensure diners experience a unique, exquisite gustation through dainty and photogenic food creations.


 


His natural penchant of elevating local delicacies to international cuisine standards has made him a frequent persona of media appearance in the international press.
