hits at the 1-night-only concert themed as LOVE AT 6118- A Valentine’s Special.

A native dish to Spain where the plate
consists of a vibrant potpourri of Ibérico Ribs, Chorizo a la Sidra Con Manzana,
Pinchos, Jamon Croquetas, Esquitas, Patatas Bravas, Farm Bread, Brava Sauce and
Garlic Aioli
I love how well the Patatas Bravas pairs
with the savoury spicy tomato sauce. But my vote goes to the impressively inhouse
well-calibrated garlic aioli where it has this captivating tang without being overcloying-
and it’s equally lovely even when I just have it dipped with the freshly baked sourdough,
yum!
The golden brown breadcrumbed croquetas come crisply coated, encasing a smooth savory mashed of
potatoes, Jamón Ibérico and creamy béchamel, where it isn’t oily besides texturized
Chorizo a la Sidra- loosely translated as cider seared chorizo sausages with
honey glazed apple.
Not forgetting its luscious juicily grilled Iberico ribs too!
A romantic Spanish dinner would not be complete
without its iconic dessert Churros, which is soft and fluffy from the inside
despite being deep fried, unique indeed. This choux-based snacks are available
in plain sugar or cinnamon sugar with a choice of vanilla crème or Belgium
chocolate dipping sauce.
And last but not least to pair it with vino-
simply divine!
