Coffee ETC @ Oasis Square Ara Damansara

Not only short and unassumingly portrayed, but also easily get embedded into the mind with its simple and straightforward brand, CoffeeETC, which has just joined the coffee bandwagon in Klang Valley late last year, with its first opening at Oasis Square.

 

Indeed, lately this metropolitan has been deluged with myriads of coffee brands, ranging from various chains to unique indie set up. But what makes the difference is depending on how far and great length that particular café is willing to go, in ensuring a remarkable dining experience engraved vividly in its every guests.

Coffee Etcetera being one of the latest addition, prides itself in only using the freshest ingredients in pampering its diners with delectable and good quality food and beverages. Upon entering, one would be greeted by its affable staff, surrounded by cosy and country-like vibes. The cafe is spacious and accommodates each guests comfortably with trees décor and wood as its main ID theme.

As we have just nibbled some snacks at Epiphany just a while ago- rather not too up to par, we decided to go easy this round by treating ourselves with the seemingly common nosh but be 

ready to be astonished by them, seriously.

Cheesy Mushroom Garlic Toast (MYR 6.50)

Don’t belittle this lill’ piece of toastie basked with bites of fragrant and chewy mushrooms alongside a sunny side-up. The apparently usual melted cheese on the mushrooms has created some light smoky and lingering pepperish taste on your palate that further gets spiced up from its daily inhouse freshly baked pastry. Indeed, it is very addictive, scrumptious and the bread is really, really crispy on the crust but remaining soft within, albeit it has been left cold on the table for awhile. Good job!

Egg Benedict (MYR 6.50)

Ah ha, the famous hits of the town, gets delivered splendidly with inhouse made Hollandaise sauce, gracefully smothering the runny egg yolk and chicken ham on its awesome bread, before top it off with nourishing arugula. Another simple yet gratifying bites to fill up the between-meal hunger pangs, especially at night. Thumbs up!

Café Latte (MYR 10.50)

Definitely a good cuppa!

Pleasant fruity aroma amid the mild earthy body to tickle your decadent taste bud.

Thanks to the amiable staff, William, who is kind enough to still make me a decent lovely latte art to add to my gusto coffee indulgence. Imagine, it is served in a paper cup!  (=

Although it was a rather quick pit-stop, it has surely made up my day gastronomically. I definitely won’t hesitate to be back again! So keep up the good work, Coffee ETC!
