Sumptuous Hi-Tea with Technology over here at Food Factory!

In conjunction with Genting International Children’s Festival, there will be a special High Tea Promotion over here at the newly refurbished restaurant, The Food Factory to get the festive season in full swing this school break!

Experience Hi-Tea in a very cool and fun contemporary environment where technology assists in producing your food. Check out these unique machines that “churn" out some of the buffet items. It will definitely be a filling photo opportunity for you, especially shutterbug clans, hehe.

The Food Factory is named for a good reason. Embarked on a brand new dining concept that is located on the 3rd Floor of First World Plaza, this cozy enclave covers up to 23,568 sq ft and comes with an open kitchen equipped with some heavy-duty kitchen gadgets. 

Designed specifically to cater for tour groups and MICE market, the restaurant can accommodate up to 1,300 diners at one time and is normally opens for breakfast buffet. 

The new restaurant offers more than just great food. Children especially would be thrilled to watch chefs at work using extraordinary machinery to make food.

 

In conjunction with these school holidays, The Food Factory has come up with the special  High Tea Buffet to tantalize the tastebuds of both young and adult, that only runs for a limited period of time- from March 12 to 20, 26 and 27, 1pm - 5pm. This High Tea Buffet features a great variety of food, presented with different themes.

Menu is on a rotation basis, spanning from various counters, namely Western, East Asian, West Asian, Pizza, local delights and drinks.

- Cheese & Cracker with Grape

- Seafood Platter

- Sandwiches –Ham Sandwich, Cheese & Vegetable, Egg Mayonnaise

- Roast Rosemary Chicken with Potatoes & Vegetables OR Roasted Chicken Roll

- Chicken & Lamb Sharwama OR Beef &Chicken Burger

- Sautéed Spanish Sausages with Mushrooms & Herbs

- Sautéed Pasta with Cream Carbonara Sauce OR Bolognaise

- Sautéed Lamb Ball with Hot Sauce  OR Breaded Fish

- Cream of Mushroom Soup OR Chicken Soup

Of course, not to be missed the cheese platter section which is the de rigueur at any High Tea Buffet treats! My favourite goes to the Cream and Paprika flavour from the 4 selections of Happy Cow Cheese Triangles, which that pair well with the crackers and grapes, or even savouring them all by themselves! Yumzzzzz..............
