COFFEE ELEMENTS @ ALL SEASONS PLACE, PENANG

It’s not an everyday scene to have hipster café so conveniently located nearby residential place in Penang. In this case, Coffee Elements has made the lives of coffee addicts easier with its strategic location at All Seasons Place mall, located at Lebuhraya Thean Teik, Farlim. Yeah, that’s where I used to stay almost 2 decades ago and also a place where I met my buddy 20 years of friendship now- E-Wen! (=

Sleek and spacious environment with soothing ambiance of casual vibes.
Seems like the portrait of Marilyn Monroe is quite a favourite of many as I’ve seen it at several places before such as at BlueElephant and Celadon.

MASALA CHAI SUPREME (MYR 7.50)

Fragrantly spiced tea with fresh milk, ginger, cinnamon, fennel seed, star anise and brown sugar. Not too bad with the subtle aroma of herbs, that slowly reminds me of Chai Latte too that I tried at Crave Café (=

BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE (MYR 5)

Fluffy bagel topped with poppy seed with a decent amount of cream cheese spread in between.

THAI SPAGHETTI (MYR 13.50)

A delightful marriage of Thai-Western fusion, with the addictive peppery aroma and spicy sauce evenly tossed with the al dente pasta and juicy mussels. A pretty fair deal at this price.

Finally, it’s coffee time!

LATTE (MYR 7)

Single espresso with steamed milk in 7oz cup with a lovely latte art.

And some light sweet indulgence to sum up the day!

MANHATTAN CHEESECAKE (MYR 12)

Served with conpanna cream and strawberry alongside the lightly dusted indulgent cheesecake. Toothsomely dense and not overly creamy. Quite a nice bet!

Overall, the café seems to be ideally poised as a nice chilling out place, be it with friends or family occasion over wholesome repast accompanied by a good cup of joe. Guess another café to be added into my Penang Café HoppingList and hope more to come in the future.
