Being a nostalgic hangout spot for many of us who enjoy acoustic live bands, Wings Music Café- 回音石民歌餐厅, is no stranger especially to those who frequent here often to unwind after a hectic day with some good rendition of soothing serenades with the companion of mouthwatering dishes.

Celebrating its 13^th Year Anniversary for Wings Musicafe with a bang at its latest outlet at Sri Petaling, the team had thrown a party bash of evening indulgence of both culinary for the palate and musical for the ears, at its latest outlet at Sri Petaling that exudes a sense of modern, cozy vibes, providing the perfect relaxing sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The momentous evening was shared amongst social media partners and social influencers to spice up the eventful occasion even further! Before the night gets more upbeat with soulful and riveting tunes, our tummies were well taken care of under the good hands of Chef Clement with Wings Music Café’s signature dishes that grew with the café since day one which still remain the highlights and people’s favorite till today.

Among the moreish plates that were served were……………….

DOUBLE CHEESE CHICKEN

A juicy slab of chicken fillet tastily topped with 2 slices of cut cheddar cheese for ultimate indulgence. Each bites were tender and deliciously comforting. No wonder it’s still reigning popular after all these years since 2005 with its unpretentious, earnest calibration.

VIET STYLE GRILLED CHICKEN

A beautiful marriage of the East meets West!

This fusion dish was initially French-inspired by a returning Malaysian chef who wished to bring forth more inspirations in local culinary scene, hence, beautifully fusing the Vietnamese and American taste into this tasty plate of succulent poultry with nice nuance of lemongrass aroma. Not too strong but decently sufficient to address its Asian identity.

BACON CARBONARA

Equally tempting Italian pasta that got unveiled during one menu revamp season that greet the taste bud amusingly with its al dente texture in light but flavourful cream, added with some juicy bacons too. Dashes of black peppers also helped in bringing up the overall flavor.

WINGS BACON SALAD

For those looking for light bites and staying away from carbs, this veggie plate might be the ideal pick. Crisp and fresh, all the components were nicely assembled and tangibly dressed up with its unique homemade salad dressing- citrusy and leanings towards more sweetness side.

BACON RISOTTO

Another brilliantly twisted fare from Italy’s quintessential dish, this humble creamy cheese-infused rice was toothsomely convincing with its robust flavor, albeit using ordinary rice. Each grain was tastily coated with the right amount of white sauce intertwined with my favourite herb flavours, giving arise to a scrumptious and indulgent plate of hearty meal.

Last but not least, the perfect, fuss-free grubs for the crowds!

FRIENDSHIP PLATTER

As each sidekick in any gathering comes with different sense of gustation more often than not, this platter would surely do the trick in satisfying everyone’s craving in the group. The joyful platter comes with variety of snacks such as signature crispy chicken wings, porky fries, fried abalone mushrooms, porcupine franks and the Wing’s Mojo fries!

And the happy tummy got comfortably refreshed by these thirst-quenchers!

Personally would prefer this oceanic glass with chilling Blue Curacao that imparts some cooling breeze…………………

It’s not as dreadful like bitter cough syrup taste I tried elsewhere, so well mixed!

Oh, the night is not over yet, not till we pamper the ears with the melodious vocals by 佳旺Keon Chia and 子荧Genie among the performing songstress……………

Needless to say, it has been a sensuous evening with the genial family of Wings Music Café and the ever lively crew from Ketchup with its community. A memorable night vividly imprinted indeed!
