YOSHINOYA & HANAMARU DON @ AEON, SHAH ALAM, MALAYSIA

Every now and then, folks around Klang Valley are often supplied with smorgasbord flow of eatery choices that seems to be mushrooming up relatively fast. One of them is Yoshinoya & Hanamaru Don that specializes in rice and udon; the quintessential delicacies from The Land of the Rising Sun.

Located inside AEON Shopping Mall Shah Alam, this Japanese culinary shelter offers mouthwatering dishes that combine the best of both worlds- comfort street food that is popular in Japan. Now savouring these Japanese delights have been made easier by just dropping by at its outlet and before you realize it, a bowl of freshly made udon is served in front of you.

Basically the menu branches out to series of Beef Bowl, Chicken Bowl, Teishoku, Curry Rice, Hot Pot and Udon. Tempuras are also conveniently available as the counter.

Flame-grilled salmon drizzled with Japanese mayonnaise and served with wasabbi paste and rice

Needless to say, our tummies were stuffed to the gills towards the end of the session and were satisfyingly pampered toothsomely at the same time. Food array was delectably good and served at reasonable price that is far friendlier to the wallet compared to other Japanese establishments. Personally would recommend the Ontama Black Pepper Teriyaki Bowl, Aburi Salmon Bowl and the Chicken Udon soup. If you have a knack for spiciness, then do not miss the tongue-challenging chili paste of Spicy Udon. So check it out soon guys!
