Situated at the heart of the trendy Bukit Bintang district lies the perfect reason to indulge not only in finest fashion, urban leisure but also gourmet indulgence such as Simmer Huang- the very first imperial Chinese culinary, nutritiously prepared and enjoy with your favourite spread of meat and seafood, stacked up in few layers before steamed in signature sauce. No complex cooking is involved but only traditional steaming, as that would lock in the moisture and essence of these ingredients.

- Three Sauce Simmer pot originates from the “Spicy Fish” in the Imperial cuisine of Qing Dynasty.



A 100 years’ of secret, royal recipes borrowed from the Qing Dynasty and those passed down from generations, Summer Huang specializes in a unique cooking process and method of combining the benefits of traditional Chinese therapeutic herbs with nutritious quality to make the best-tasting, most culturally appealing delicacy.


Simmer Huang’s amazing aroma comes from a unique cooking technique- the art of simmering.  This traditional Chinese simmer pot is extracting juices from over 10 types of nourishing vegetables and sauces from various ingredients; where it eventually creates a pot of toothsome soup without adding any water in the first place.


The food is not fried nor deep fried, and the simmering process won’t get affected by water, but instead, ensuring all vitamins and proteins are kept intact for your salubrious and scrumptious enjoyment.

Slowly simmered with a medley of ingredients, the whole soupy pot came up really flavourful and delicious!





PORK & FUNGUS POT WITH SPICY SAUCE (MYR 110)
With pork belly, black fungus, oyster mushroom and king oyster mushroom.


However how tasty it is, it appears tad too spicy for me, haha. I guess those who really love spicy relish will really enjoy it darn much!

This is good, light and fluffy. But caution be taken, do not soak it too long in the soup, otherwise it loses its springiness and become over soggy.
