HAPP THE FLOWER CAFÉ @ TROPICANA AVENUE

Floral element seems to be always ever enchanting, ain’t so?
Thanks to the calming effects that it brings along besides its visually equally soothing too, to sort of rejuvenate your soul while you unwind your day relaxingly with some cuppa and sweet treats. And that’s simply the case here at HAPP CAFÉ, with its tall ceiling glass wall that absolutely would look great with natural sun rays during the day time, without a doubt.

After a meaty feast at a Korean BBQ restaurant nearby, suddenly the craving for desserts came kicking by. And so after coaxing CFC to join suite, so yeah, finally, we drove to our next destination at Tropicana Avenue from Uptown Damansara. Only to realize, that building is actually located within a stone’s throw away from Lavo and MAZE.

Seems to be a quaint and yet dainty place to visit; with its assorted floral whatnots, white wall-wooden setting, and of course, not forgetting to admire the cozy space of that little inhouse built hut frame (=

It certainly feels bit like princess enclave- along with some rosy embellishment all the way up the staircase, hehe.

CHAMOMILE HONEY CAKE (MYR 16)
The very main reason why I’m here! Haha……

Ever since saw that cutie pie on social media, I had always wanted to drop by for this inviting piece, but couldn’t make the time for it especially on weekdays after work- for that otherwise would means, I have to brave the traffic all the way from Pavilion area to PJ, ohh, imagine the jam, hehe.

As hinted by its name and visual, that syringe shot of honey is indeed infused with aromatic chamomile tea to spice up your piece of confectionary when you need extra glucose boost.

Worry that ‘honey bee’ would feel alone, so we called for another floral piece to keep it accompanied, perhap more ‘nectar’ from the Japanese petals? Haha………………..

SAKURA CAKE (MYR 16)
Wobbly light as it comes in 2 layers- the sakura jelly atop the vanilla mousse-like base. Not too sweet with hint of flower fragrance.

Round up the night with some cuppa of course!

AMERICANO (MYR 7)
His all-time fave cup of joe- enjoyably good on its own; just cofffee without the addition of sugar nor milk :D

PEACH TEA (MYR 10)
As for me, however, prefer to pair the delicate moment with some fruity tea. And to my utmost surprise, this tea is pretty cool and comes uniquely with some leaves to jazz up the overall aroma. I really like it!

As such, it’s time to call it a day for this episode before more sharing on my recent trip to New Zealand. Talking about that, it conjures up the sweet memories again especially the fantastic money-can’t-buy, truly real life paintings from Mother Nature. So stay tuned!
