Among the many Malay traditional ‘kueh’, Kuih koci and Tepung Bungkus were my favourite dessert of all!

The smooth coconut milk paste daintily enveloping the various filling were simply enjoyable and not too sweet! No wonder the latter choice is also Chef Hafiz’s favourite who also hails from Perlis where the sweet delight originate from.
