Naked??? Oh yes! 
But fret not, you are not required to dine in in your birthday suit, haha.
Anyone who passes by would surely be caught by this boldly cheeky restaurant name- called the NAKED Restaurant & Bar, located at Hartamas Shopping Centre- one of our cherished food tripping stint.
 As playful as it may consciously sound and metaphorically imply, patrons to NAKED Restaurant & Bar are voluptuously transported to an ambiance of epicurean excitement where thou shall be both palatably and sensuously amused by its splendid array of luscious delight with which inspiration are drawn from the delicate marriage of European and Asian fusion. All dishes are made ala minute upon order, using only fresh ingredients that are prepared from scratch- essentially nakedly without any artificial flavouring nor preservatives (=
That explains why their dishes are discernibly sumptuous whereby you could really taste and appreciate the effort and passion behind the preparation process.
As their shibboleth goes, “We're NAKED. We're Creative. We're Passionate!” 
We started off our meal with some tempting cheesy appetizers before moving on to NAKED other house signatures and beverages.
Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Baked with creamy spinach and topped with melted Mozzarella cheese- you just can’t go wrong with these lovely gooey bites! The Portobello was brilliantly grilled as it remained juicily bouncy and it was vegan-friendly too.
Naked House Pizza
Roasted Cajun Chicken Breast, pickled Jalapenos, onions and mushrooms.
No wonder this was touted as the inhouse signature pizza which has won many foodie’s approval. It was really delectably executed with the right amount of classics components as how the Italians love their staple.
Each bites of pizza were really flavourful with juicy toppings of the Cajun-marinated chicken breast on the addictive thin crust, appetizingly paired with the tart pickled jalapenos. Diners have the options to further excite their dining enjoyment by helping themselves with some sprinkles of house special chili flakes. These flaky red pieces could get tad hot along the way, so remember to add it on to your pizza sagely in accordance to your SIU level (=
In my humble opinion, the chef who baked the pizza must be really skillful in that sense that the pizza base remains crispy and yummy despite being left at room temperature for some time, thumbs up!
Beef Wellington
Tenderloin with mushroom ragout in golden crispy puff pastry served with garlic butter fresh mixed veggies, roasted sweet potato and au jus.
Succulent 200g tenderloin served medium rare doneness with flavourful mushroom ragout and saporous au jus, delightfully wrapped within a light and fluffy puff pastry (love ‘em much!).
This classic recipes of filet de boeuf en croute, is actually quite a tricky choice to be in any carte du jour for it requires certain profound skill in rolling it out perfectly- so it’s either hit-or-miss. And NAKED Restaurant nailed it on pronto.
I enjoyed how buttery and flakey the pastry is, but it also varies among individuals as I’m coming from a true-blue butter lover, haha.  I wonder if they also serve croissant separately- then I’ll be very much eager to try it to as the fundamental execution of this French essence seems very promising indeed.
