As Yuletide is fast approaching, seasonal greetings of treats and promotions are awaiting you at Resorts World Genting. What’s more as Genting Great anniversary is happening soon this 12th - 15th December 2019 and thence, there would be even more great sales and rewards for its loyal patrons as an appreciation to their unwavering support through the years.
But for now, let’s brace yourself for a weekend of fun with the special edition of playfully curated 24-hours food trail along with some much needed retail therapy while relaxing uphill at the cool mountain air, as you escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

Park Avenue Lounge
Desiring for a calming view as you sip your coffee or cocktails?
This picturesque enclave prides itself on its Eiffel Tower hi-tea, happy hour menu, and its beautifully decorated milkshake mania to name a few. This time around the Park Avenue Lounge will be serving up their breakfast special - Poached Eggs, Turkey Ham and Cheese Croissant.
Imagine wobbly eggs cooked to perfection alongside an intensely flavoured turkey ham with its chewy texture sandwiched between cheddar cheese and a freshly baked croissant with a side of salad. A perfect English breakfast to kick start the day.
The breakfast menu runs from 10am -11:30am and features other classic items such as granola, chocolate bread, raisin Danish and traditional omelette as well.

Tampopo Delicieux
An authentic Japanese cuisine like none, the Tampopo Delicieux at the Sky Avenue is the first outlet in Malaysia.
 What makes this Japanese eatery stand out would be its ingredients that are personally sourced by the “Father of Tonkatsu” straight from Japan. Signature items at Tampopo would be their Chicken Katsu Curry Rice and Ramen with Ebi Tendon, Salad, and Agedashi Tofu amongst the many other crowd pleasers.
Ming Ren
An tantalizing Oriental restaurant that serves a complete Chinese menu suitable for the whole family with lamb as its signature dish, which offers a feast for both the eyes and the palate. 
Ming Ren also offers dim sum such as Steamed Siew Mai, Steamed Prawns Dumpling, Eggs Tart, Cheese Roll, Fried Carrot Cakes, and Loh Mai Kai during lunch hours. Our favourite votes go to Siew Mai, Egg Tart and Steamed Chicken Feet.
Dal.Komm Coffee
Sweet tooth fans can rejoice merrily as this franchise will be serving up a special Merry Merrier Christmas series this holiday season.
Signature items include the Premium Salted Chocolate that is topped with Netherland Caramel Waffle and Salted Chocolate Frappe.
Krispy Kreme
You can’t go wrong with doughnuts, especially a brand that is over 8 decades old!
With more than 16 different flavours to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice. Out of which these are the two donuts to look out for this holiday season, the Famous Amos Double Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Famous Amos Red Velvet Christmas Cookie.
Lol Soon Kee
This Chinese dessert shop captivates those who want a mix of healthy and traditional items. Among the popular desserts that the older generation love dearly are classics like Red Date Fungus, Malaysian Favourite “Bubur Cha -Cha”, The Winner fondly known as Tong Sui featuring a mix of peanut and sesame soup with glutinous rice balls as well as Curry Fish Balls. 
We reckon that the fish balls here were so much better than those we had in Hong Kong, sorry my Hongkie pals…. (=
Tokyo Secret
Famed for its delicious sweet treats, Tokyo Secret prides itself with its indulgent Hanjuku Cheese Tarts, Hokkaido Milk ice Cream and chocolate cakes to name a few. There is even a hi-tea set available. But the brand now has more to offer aside from the sweet goodies, you can also dine in over a plate of spicy Nasi Lemak Ayam Rempah or share the love with a Hawaiian Pizza!
Steam Era
Hot pot lovers would revel satisfyingly over here at Steam Era, for this place is serving up classic Chinese dishes that are packed with original flavour, thanks to the power of the steaming from its cooking method which helps to retain the ingredient’s natural essence.
Must try items would be Hong Kong Style Beef Brisket Pot, Braised Lamb Trotter Pot, Tiger Prawn, Tiger Grouper, And Handmade Chicken And Squid Meatball.
Hanburger and Pie in the Sky
With a motto like when life throws you a burger you eat it, how can one resist?
This fast food haven offers burgers, hot dawgs, pizzas and pies which is perfect for those who love to share. Imagine a juicy mustard Grilled Double Wagyu Beef Patty, Applewood Smoked Beef Bacon, Caramelized Onions, American Cheese, Gherkin, Tomato relish sandwiched between lettuce and two toasty buns. Bet the thought alone has you salivating already. It’s just a stone’s throw away from VR Game at The Void and Skytropolis.
I personally find the fries very much fascinating- amazed by the skill on how the fries remained crispy despite having served out for some time. Not to mention, their pizzas are so, so tasty and toothsomely alluring! Plus- the ingredients and fillings are so generous, which naturally get you hooked on for more effortlessly! Thumbs up!!
FuHu and Redtail by Zouk Group
Zouk Group opened their first-ever restaurant named FuHu Restaurant and Bar in Resorts World Genting and it has been widely talked about since.
The name FuHu in Mandarin means lucky tiger and it solely focuses on contemporary Chinese cuisine with elements of traditional Chinese apothecaries as part of its décor. This unique vibe dining restaurant sees dishes specially curated by Michelin-starred Hong Kong chef Alvin Leung. Popular items include The Generals Fried Chicken, Aromatic Crispy Duck, and Granny Tofu. For canapés, must haves are bon bon chicken, egg tart, duck burger, prawn toast, and beef taco.
After eating you can head on over to Redtail Bar which is a pre-gaming lounge that consist of a large collection of party games, including life-size games of beer pong, jenga, and snakes and ladders. Or sing your heart out at Redtail Karaoke before heading to Zouk!
Medan Selera
This certified Halal food court Medan Selera is known for its local cuisine that consists of 5 different sections, the likes of Rice & Spice, Noodles, Laksa, Western Asian and Crispy Chips.
Malaysian staple such as nasi lemak and kerabu, can be found in Rice and Spice, for those wanting soups and curry can get that from the Noodles corner and if you want a little fusion you can have Western Asian that sees chicken and lamb shawarma amongst other popular dishes. There is also Crispy Chips which has favourites such as crispy fried chicken and fish and chips. The fuss-free Fish n’ Chips is highly recommended as they are using McCain Fries, awesome!!
Babajia
Satisfy that Nyonya craving at Babajia’s, with home cook authentic Peranakan Cuisine. Think dishes such as Cincalok Egg, Belachan Paku Pakis, Chicken Pongteh and Asam Spicy Fish that can be eaten with rice. Other staples include Char Kuey Teow, Nyonya Laksa, and Bubur Cha Cha.
Grandmama
Home-grown restaurant Grandmama was established in 2012 and offers authentic Malaysian cuisine that evoke a sense of nostalgia as you dig into dishes that remind you of your grandma’s cooking. 
The casual dining restaurant are known for its classics such as dry fried sang har egg noodles, char kway teow, Grandmama’s Nasi Lemak, and Nasi Ayam Istimewa.
