PROSPEROUS GOLDEN RAT YEAR VEGETARIAN SET @ CHIN SWEE VEGETARIAN CUISINE, GENTING HIGHLANDS

It’s time of the year again to dive into the spirit of lunar celebration early and scrumptiously- perhaps healthier with special Chinese New Year vegan feast specially curated by esteemed Chef Hong at Chin Swee Vegetarian Cuisine, themed as Prosperous Golden Rat Year!
Chin Swee Vegetarian Cuisine Restaurant was awarded the prestigious World Top Gourmet award in the Vegetarian category in Year 2019 by Master Chef Jeffrey Tan, OAM (Order of Australia Medal). This vegetarian restaurant is the only one of its kind in Genting Highlands.
Vegetarian and vegan patrons of Resorts World Genting can now look forward to relish salubriously over hearty spread of delicious Chinese dishes at this vegetarian restaurant that is located mid-hill at Chin Swee Caves Temple, a Chinese temple in Genting Highlands, Pahang, that was established in 2007 at 4,600 ft or 1,402m above sea level, surrounded by lush slopes of the virgin tropical forest.
The temple sits on a 28-acre plot of rocky forested land, and it only about 5 to 10 minutes’ drive away from Resorts World Genting, overlooking pristine mountains with a view of the winding road ascending to Genting Highlands. Such is the tranquility of the location that one can feel peace in the midst of the moving white clouds and gentle cool breeze. The temple attracts many devotees from across the region, including Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand and China.
In celebration of the upcoming 2020 Chinese New Year, Chin Swee Vegetarian Cuisine has rolled out their Prosperous Golden Rat Year vegetarian set menus that are catered for two or more people. The couple set consists of Herbal Steamed Soup, Chinese Yam, Brinjal And Organic Ladies’ Fingers In ‘San Bei’ Sauce, Prawn With Crispy Oatmeal, Special Pumpkin Rice and Luxurious Tieguanyin Chinese Tea.
