RASHAYS - DARLING HARBOUR @ DARLING HARBOUR SYDNEY

Time really flies. In the blink of an eye, the night had fallen again.

Subsequently after a relaxing carefree stroll around Sydney CBD, we stopped by at Rashays Harbourside for a quick fix of toothsome dinner.

 

Actually we were pretty lucky that day. As it was a Monday, coincidentally Rashays was having this special promotion at only AUD 10 for its signature steak and schnitty for a limited time only, running from Monday to Firday, available for dine in both lunch and dinner. Needless to say, we were all overjoyed (=

Steak & Chips

150g thin cut premium New York sirloin steak served with chips and tomatoes

Schnitty & Chips

Hand crumbed chicken breast served with chips and tomato sauce

So besides having the Steak & Chips as well as the Schnitty & Chips, I also went for the ala carte- relishing in one of my fave Italian fare- risotto!

Chicken Risotto (AUD 25)

Served with garlic, caramelized onions, parmesan cheese, herbs and Rashays creamy mushroom sauce.

Overall, it had been a wonderful session of mouthwatering feast for the night. Meats were done just nice, juicy and tender, not forgetting its well texturized risotto too. My fave place to go to for Italian food from my country home so far is still Michelangelo's (loving its 70% rice doneness just like how the Italian enjoys their staples) located at Pavilion KL. I do hope I can travel to more places to try out their earnest and heritage recipes soon. Guess I’ll keep on harnessing the good vibes of this positive thoughts then, hehe.
