Heeding this objective, Ruyi & Lyn collaborates with Acai Pioneers Cabana together with Kintry and Kapow Balls, in bringing you a superfood educational dinner event that leaves you feeling and looking good while eating well.

Acai berries has a global reputation of being a super food loaded with plant compounds that act as antioxidants and could have benefits for your brain, heart and overall health.

 

The first of Ruyi’s Eat Well Live Well dinner event series combines superfoods of Chinese cuisine such as abalone for protein, fish maw for collagen and the cooling biological effects of winter melon in bringing out superior health benefits.
