GLASSHOUSE CAFÉ @ FRASER HILL
It was the day to
wrap up the wonderful weekend escapade on a Sunday morning after maiden 2D 1N trip
to Raub. Although the plan
was decided at the eleventh hour, luckily managed to find a local friend from
the district to share recommendations on both food and nearby attraction. So
yeah, it turned out to be quite a fruitful and ‘foodful’ excursion overall.
So before we
finally heading back to KL city centre, we decided to pop over at a quaint cafe
on the hill side of Pahang, Fraser’s Hill while enroute to the metropolis
called GlassHouse Fraser's Hill.
Glasshouse is a
little cafe that sits at a corner between Jalan Lady Guillemard and Jalan
Valley, just after passing Shahzan Inn.
A tiny but cozy
establishment, the complex consists of a greenhouse that houses a collection of
cacti and an annex wing with a bar counter, where refreshments served.

Open only on
weekends from 10am till 6pm, Glasshouse serves a limited selection of drinks
including coffee and cake of the day. Patrons can chill on small seating
arrangements within the glasshouse while appreciating the flora on display.
In a nutshell, this
weekend jaunt had been an idyllic and relaxing one- especially the dulcet
moment spent at Lakehouse
Cameron Highland- which of
course, remained a fave vintage place of us as i always love the old charm of
the olde architecture such as The
Smokehouse, sumptuous intimate candle-lit dinner besides its fresh and vibrantly beckoning breakfast
buffet.
