COZY GASTRONOMIC NIGHT @ HUCK’S CAFE

Back to yet another stellar gastronomical evening over moreish repast prepared by the ever earnest house chef and genial maestro of Huck's Cafe!

Much thanks for another lovely night of splendid course perfected with charming hospitality by the team helmed by the evergreen Huck Seng, gracias! As usual, we were greeted by the affable Mr.Tan and guided to our seat before welcome drinks came greeting us.

Bowls of homey soup ensued soon to warm up your tummy before indulging in the mains.

MIRTILI STEAK

The charred exterior of the steak had always been that enchanting, so good that it got engraved in the mind vividly after the maiden visit.

Brilliantly paired with blueberries as sides together with sweet cherry tomatoes and spinach as well as tangy relish.

PERUVIAN ROAST CHICKEN

Certainly not your average roast chicken. Whole chicken thigh came very tenderly done, flavorfully spiced with condiments such as charred garlic, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, lime, potatoes and carrot that all together made a robustly tasty potpourri!

KALAMANSI JUICE

Some palate cleanser before ushering in our desserts.

 

ORGANIC BLUEBERRY PIE

A dainty plate of eggless and flourless cake, so it's very Keto-friendly.
