DOUGH & DOLCE @ TTDI

After hankering for grilled cheese toastie for quite some time now, finally got it fixed at Dough & Dolce an independent bakery cafe located at TTDI.

This café mainly produces its own freshly baked sourdough loaves aside from offering other savoury dishes like pasta, cakes and coffee too.

It’s located at the upper floor at the quieter area of TTDI- which was good as parking was not as dreadful as the adjacent one. The café setting was simple and cozy, decently spacious with laid back vibes.

Chipotle Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup (RM25)

Fluffy and slightly tart as what a decent sourdough should be. It was crusty on the outside but remain soft within. Goes really well with the melted cheese and the flavorful tomato soup that was spiced up by the chipotle notes, yummy!

Peach Green Sencha (RM7)

Flat White (RM7)

Overall, it was a fuss-free quick catch up over a cuppa or two. If you are looking for some comforting flavors and hearty hot food made fresh daily, you may consider dropping by here for a visit.

Till then, cheers for now and follow us at Carpe Diem for more ‘food-ful’ discoveries!

Take care & stay safe everyone!
