Guest first need to decide on whether to go with Half  or Full Size.

HALF  SIZE(MYR7.90) OR FULL SIZE (MYR11.90)

For me, the former size is already abundantly satisfying for me, as depicted below. For all salad bowl review session ,they are all featured in the Half portion. After that, pick your choice of 2 greens, followed by 3 toppings where you could finally spiced up your salubrious bowl with some protein and meat intake, and then sealed up with your preferred dressings.

OLD GRANNY CAESER SALAD (MYR 10.90)
All-time favorite with cheese, herbs, chicken laces drenched in Italian dressing with olives, tomatoes and boiled egg.

SQUARES & ROUNDS (MYR 8.90)
Something special with buckwheat, millet, chickpeas, doused with miso dressing along with tomatoes, cucumber and freshly sliced olives.

B.L.O.G (MYR 8.90)
4 colours of food (olives, apricot, raisins and tofu), showcased in Asian dressing and further enriched with dried apricots and diced onions.

FRUIT SALAD BOWL WITH CHIA SEED (MYR 12.90)
Juicy and sweet berries, grapes together with other assorted fruits, served with honey, walnut and yogurt-based dressing; Citrus Poppy Seed that renders an appetizing zeal to it.
It’s very refreshing especially the homemade dressing which is slightly tart but appetizing. Highly recommended.

CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE (GARLIC: MYR 12.90)
Suits best to weight-watchers, as the usual source of carbs; rice is substituted with cauliflower. It’s really nice actually, or even better compared to fried rice, and surprisingly comes with some ‘wok hei’ too.

CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE (SPICY:  MYR 12.90)

TUNA PASTA SALAD (MYR 14.90)
A healthy bowl of crisp salad, zested with tuna bites, olives, tomatoes and egg.

SPICY CHICKEN PASTA (MYR 12.90)
A toothsome recipe of spicy spaghetti cooked with chicken fillet, chili padi and basil leaves. Using soya sauce as one of its main ingredients in the stir-frying process, it gives out a rather extraordinary taste where it feels as if some vinegar is added to it. This inventive menu is quite remarkable in a way, and quickly gains the thumbs up from all of us unanimously.

TOMATO PASTA (MYR 18.90)
Tangy spaghetti with housemade tomato puree, basil, celery, carrot and onions.

CHICKEN CHOP (MYR 18.90)
Air-fried with wheat flakes batter and crispy fries.
Finally, I get to experience how air-frying food would turn out to be. Taste wise undeniably is tad drier than those deep fried in oil. Nonetheless, you could indulge more with less guilt as this scrumptious chuck is liberated from any excess oil, same goes to my favourite fries too!!  (=

TUNA CROISSANT (MYR 12.90)
Fluffy croissant sandwiching tuna, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. Love the tinge of buttery taste too.

TURKEY CLUB (MYR 11.90)
Turkey ham served with wholemeal bread.

YO DAWG (MYR 9.90)
Toasted ciabatta bread served with sausage and melted cheese atop.

BLOSSOMING TEA (MYR 11.90 PER POT/SINGLE)

SLIMMING TEA (LOTUS, HAWTHORN AND ROSELLE)
Known to relieve constipation, lower blood pressure and cholesterol.

ANTIVIRAL TEA (CHRYSANTHEMUM BUDS, WHITE CHRYSANTHEMUM AND WOLFBERRIES)
Relieve heatiness and good for liver protection.

BRAIN TEA (ROSEMARY, FRENCH ROSE AND LEMONGRASS)
Anti-aging, improves skin texture and able to activate brain cells. My fav! (=

MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIES (MYR 9.90)
Blended with mango, banana and homemade yogurt to energize body  and improves complexion.

PURPLE GLITTER SMOOTHIE (MYR 9.90)
Blended with dragon fruit and lemon to improve digestion and lowers blood pressure.

SKIN GLOWING SMOOTHIE (MYR 10.90)
My deary beverage of blended avocado, strawberry, banana and homemade yogurt that is rich in Vit C, Vit B6 and folate.

THE GREAT GREEN (MYR 6.90)
Refreshing cucumber juice to help remove unwanted toxin, or just to rejuvenate oneself especially after a hearty feast.

Overall, I enjoy the delectable salad potpourri largely where you could actually mix and match your topping like walnut, sunflower seeds and etc which are health-promoting, and also love the idea of imparting healthier diet into our daily meal intake, plus, the varieties are goodish vast. In times when you are looking for some light and wholesome grubs, recipes from The Salad Bar are sure to tantalize you both tastefully and healthfully.
