In welcoming the prosperous celebration of 2015 Lunar New Year in the auspicious Year of Goat, Sakae Sushi has once again bring forth the jovial spirit of love, merriment and togetherness during its recent launch at Paradigm Mall on CNY treats and the well-loved Fortune Salmon Yee Sang.

The event was graced by local celebrities, guests of honour, media partners and bloggers and had also seen the distinctively Japanese-inspired take on the traditional yee sang dish being skillfully prepared by Sakae chefs on stage before ensued by a live rosy toast with the guests and the management team of Sakae Sushi.

The Fortune Salmon Yee Sang greets your palate with thick slices of air-flown salmon from Norway, accompanied with assorted Japanese ingredients such as seasoned jellyfish, scallop, seaweed, radish, sesame and many more. The mouthwatering festive plate is then topped with its signature tangy citrusy sauce that makes the fish even more appetizing. All of these ingredients blend in well and complement each other perfectly to unleash that zest sapor of this vibrant delicacy.

This salmon treat comes in 2 selections, where you could  opt to dine with either  “Success” theme (suitable for 1-2 persons) or “Money” theme (suitable for 6-8 people). Both comes in an exclusively designed premium packaging box ideal for takeaways, gatherings, corporate giveaways or gifts, for that added convenience to its clients.

Description:

A distinctively Japanese-inspired take on the traditional Yee Sang dish, it is masterfully prepared by Sakae chefs using thick slices of fresh air flown salmon accompanied with a variety of authentic Japanese ingredients such as seasoned jellyfish, scallop, seaweed, radish, sesame, and more. Sakae’s delectable Yee Sang is then topped with a unique and appetizing citrus-infused sauce.

The fun-filled event was made more meaningful and mirthful with the participation from the folks of Hope Worldwide Malaysia who serenaded the crowds with a gleeful performance. It was a gesture of appreciation from them to Sakae Sushi for its unique “Gift of Love” campaign which had further eased the less fortunate with donation of MYR 20,000 from diners at Sakae Sushi nationwide. The amount was then presented by Sakae Sushi to Hope Worldwide Malaysia during this ceremony in conjunction with the launching of Sakae Sushi CNY Treats as well as the Fortune Salmon Yee sang launch.

The culinary launch was later spiced up with the lively stunts from a group of cheerleaders.
