Fans of Japanese food will surely be thrilled to learn that an affordable dining place for delicious and fresh Japanese cuisine based on authentic recipe has just sprouted out and is now welcomingly gracing the neighbourhood of Old Klang Road since 2 months ago.



Embodying the true meaning of KIMI-YA, which is depicted as a gentleman house who aims to provide a homey feel for his entire invited guest.


Embarked with a cozy environment yet understatedly elegant, it provides a relaxing dining space for patrons to share camaraderie over array of sumptuous fete.




Chef Khim- the maestro behind KIMI-YA’s kitchen, is one very down-to-earth soul who loves sharing his thoughts acquired throughout his journey as a Japanese chef and also very passionate towards his love for cooking. With 17 years’ of experience under his belt, diners are reassured of tantalizing yet memorable spread toothsomely crafted under the deft hands of Chef Khim.


Now, let’s first kick off the gastronomic moment with some prosperous tossing of Yee Sang to welcome the new year of Rooster!




SPECIAL YEE SANG (MYR 38- 4 to 6 pax)
Sashimi lovers could top it up with Salmon or Maguro Sashimi, both MYR 28 each.



  
Fresh air- flown top grade sashimi – available in a few assortment depending on personal preference. Delights your tastebud from tako, shiro maguro, salmon, toro salmon and amaebi sashimi, prices starting from MYR 26 per set.


Even the soy sauce is inhouse calibrated!
Or you could go for the recommended combo should you have no idea which one to decide first. Choose from Ume Sashimi Moriawase (7types), Matsu Sashimi Moriawase (6 types), Hana Sashimi Moriawase (4 types) or Sake No Oyako Sanshumori for die-hard salmon lovers at only MY 58.

Grilled thinly sliced Australian Wagyu beef on hot stone with spicy soybean paste sauce



Using Australian grain-fed wagyu beef, guests has the options to opt for other cut of the meat and also chicken.



GOUSHUU NO WAGYU SHABU SHABU (MYR 240 – 2 to 3 pax)
Also using Australian grain fed wagyu beef besides various veggies in soup, guests has the options to opt for other cut of the meat such as rib eye and also chicken, to be paired with citrus dipping sauce



And the supreme FOIE GRAS TERIYAKI (MYR 90- 2PCS)!
Pan fried foie gras and mushroom with teriyaki sauce.

TANZARU INANIWA UDON (MYR 38)
Special cold thing wheat noodles all the way from Inaniwa, served with assorted tempura, fishcake and seaweed. Seriously, the noodle form this province is exceptionally springy and has that one-of-its-kind silkiness that incomparable to the common peers.




To clear the throats, various refreshing drinks are available, beside yummy desserts too!
