Hokkaido Cupcake from Berrys

Finally am back at one of my favourite bakeries, Berry’s Cake House, after some time, hehe.  But was sad to learn that they no longer selling Honey Oats, which is already in my top list before I arrived. Not sure due to what reason, but luckily was compensated with their new creations on the shelves, so yippie!

This is Hokkaido Cake, a new introduction to their bakeries selection. It comes in fours flavours, but chocolate and vanilla remain the hit. And thus, I choose vanilla flavor, being the fans of milky taste :)

The cake was pretty stands out as it was nicely packed in a cute pinkish cupcake in an array. On top of it were some dashes of castor sugar to make the pastry more delightful. One bite definitely would be sufficient to leave you yearning for more :P.  This vanilla Hokkaido Cake was very fluffy indeed. The texture of the cake was very soft and blends well with the vanilla filling in it as well. The filling wasn’t too sweet not creamy, and thus, suitable for all folks to enjoy together. Such a relish moment to behold….. ^^
