Citrusy Atlantic Salmon with White Button Mushroom
This is
really a simple recipe made in a jiffy! (✿◠‿◠)
Great and
awesome Omega-3 booster!
Ingredients:
1 fillet of
Atlantic Salmon
6 pieces of
Tuscan White Button Mushroom
2 slices of Navel
oranges
4 pieces of pan-fried cashew nuts
1 teaspoon of
butter
Salt and
black pepper to taste
Steps:
1 1) Marinate
the fillet with some salt, pepper and Italian herbs for 15 minutes.
2 2) Melt
the butter on the non-stick pan.
3 3) Pan-fried
the salmon on its skin first till it turns slightly brown and crispy before
overturning it.
4 4) Leave
the fillet to cool after it’s cooked.
5 5) Next,
stir fry the sliced button mushrooms with some dashes of black pepper for about
10 minutes.
6) Finally
lay the golden brown salmon fillet on the bed of tangy mushrooms.
