Artisan Roast Coffee @ TTDI

Much has been heard of this indie charm of coffee place, Artisan Roast Coffee that is inhabiting one of the lots at the buzzing town of TTDI, Damansara.

The cafe is unostentatiously ornamented with knick knacks with the most part of the decoration is more to chalkish as well as artistic wall paper.

To live up to its discerning coffee lovers, this café uses Mirage Triplette, a creation from Kees van der Westen, in hope to brew a cup of perfect utopian coffee. Mandheling beans from Sumatra is the choice of the week when we come for a visit. We are also told that different beans would be used on rotation every week too.

What’s best more to be paired with dessert, other than a nice cup of freshly brewed coffee?

Café Latte (MYR 10)
Decently milky and smooth in every sip. Perfecto!

Café Mocha (MYR 12)
Love the chocolaty flavor coupled with the fragrance from the coffee. Simply gratifying.

Before the best-seller Cheesecake (MYR 10) gets sold out, we quickly place an order to be taken away, at least we are assured some pieces are reserved for us. You couldn’t believe how fast this dessert is going like hot cakes, until you see with your eyes. The cake is creamy and milky, cheesy but yet velvety engaging without feeling too cloying.

The Spinach Quiche is pretty good too. Full of eggy fragrance but i personally would enjoy it more if cheesy taste were more apparent, thus making it further indulgent!

Pecan Slice (MYR 6) is quite addictive too, with the nutty bites of the wholesome pecans amid the sweetness of caramel honey?

Alright, guess enough dosage of caffeine boost today, after earlier cuppa vis-à-vis over at The Good Batch. Both sessions pretty sums up a satisfying coffee experience!

Ma ma mia!
