MAH (MALAYSIAN ASSOCIATION OF HOTELS) YEAR END | GM’S COCKTAIL NIGHT @ SKY BAR, TRADERS HOTEL
Just in time before the MoU of the vibrant collaboration between
MAH and MATTA took place, the esteemed tourism corporation has thrown a special
year end party at SkyBar, which is buoyantly rejoiced together
with MAH stakeholders along with invited guests, to celebrate its achievement
thus far and also to many more milestones in the coming year
Brief Background on MAH
Malaysian Association Of Hotels (MAH) was established in 1974. Since its inception, MAH has
constantly enhanced the hotel and tourism industry by integrating member hotels
throughout Malaysia. To date, MAH has over 900 members under 13 chapters
and partnerships with both the private sectors and Government agencies such as
the Ministry of Tourism. Being officially recognized as a National Hotel
Association, MAH is committed to the exacting standards of service quality
acknowledged by Malaysia and beyond.
Currently MAH is spearheaded by its President; Cheah
Swee Hee (CHA)
Touted as one of the city’s most popular rooftop bars having the
best Petronas Twin Towers view in Kuala Lumpur, the award-winning SkyBar is
located high up on the 33rd floor of Traders Hotel, featuring a great variety
of creative cocktails, popular nightly DJs and the most amazing views of the
Twin Towers from its cozy cabana booths.
Besides long-familiar for its eclectic selection of cocktails,
this captivating sky dining that has received numerous accolades is also very
much appealing with its toothsome selection of house specially crafted recipes
that goes really well with the drinks.

Fresh and bouncy prawns with an optional dose of Belvedere pure
vodka!
“Knock Out” Nachos
Perfect lovely finger food consisting of corn tortilla, cheddar
cheese sauce, guacamole, sour cream, tomato salsa, jalapeños as well as chili beef
“Fight Night” Quesadillas
Delightful thin wrap of grilled flour tortilla deliciously filled
with green onions, tomatoes, cilantro,cheddar cheese, salsa, guacamole and also sour cream
Skybar Symphony Salad
Marinated pan fried salmon, mixed lettuce, stuffed green olives, tomatoes, cheese, fried tortilla
Assorted pasta and seafood of your choice cooked to perfection!

Oh course, ultimately not missing out some dainty tipples too, cheers! (=
Charismatic Yap,
lovely couple Christian and Alexandra, together with amiable Rajesh spicing up
the cocktail dinner the lovely way.
Sip on a signature cocktail and nibble on a delectable assortment
of tapas, while the gentle breeze from the open windows adds a touch of cool to
the sultry night.

And before wrapping
up the groovy night and heading home with many interesting insights exchanged
from acquaintances over casual yet carefree camaraderie with amigo, we also
brought back along this wise saying from Sam which is inspirationally enlightening
from my usual tagline “Always Live Life to the Fullest” to the profoundly juxtaposed
“Do Live Life While You Have One”.
