After spate of encouraging response from the mass who is seriously into healthy diet via their online order platform, Kurin- Deliciously Fit has finally secured a physical enterprise at Nu Sentral Shopping Mall to continue making impact and helping the busy city folks in achieving their greener health regime the convenient way.

Gone are the days where mundane clean diet is only limited to dry and nearly tasteless steamed or grilled ingredients. It all boils to how creative you are and with some genuine effort put into it. Therefore, customers get to customize their own burrito, wraps and poke bowl to their own preference, deliciously combined and spiced up with their home special sauces namely, Wasabi Mayo, Spicy Mayo, Teriyaki and my favourite; Ponzu Fresh.

Basically, first you gotta choose the BASE as to whether have it with Don (Pokebowl), Pokeritto (A hybrid of a poke and burrito) or Salad serving. 

Then proceed to choose your PROTEIN from either Grilled Chicken, Tuna, Salmon and Tofu with the option to have it torched for some smokiness for those who of you who prefer you meat cooked.

Last but not least, complete your personalized fit eats with its homemade sauces- select FLAVOURS from classic shoyu-sesame oil, wasabi mayo, spicy mayo, ponzu fresh and teriyaki sauce (without mirin).

Of course, premium adds on are also available for added indulgence such as salmon skin, walnuts, onsen egg, avocado and quinoa. Voila, now you can enjoy them either Regular or Large!

Kurin are using sashimi standard salmon and red tuna for their menu, thus ensuring the optimal freshness and quality in the food they serve. They sourced the whole chilled Norwegian Salmon and only fillet it on the spot, rather than to have it marinated earlier if to source out, as this will mean Kurin would have full control on the quality of the fresh catch. In a nutshell, all the ingredients and nutritious meals at Kurin are all prepared from scratch, with no preservatives nor any artificial flavourings presence.
