During the month of Ramadhan, St Giles The Gardens – Grand Hotel & Residences offers delicious buffet delicacies at new and revitalized The Spread situated at Level 6 of the hotel. It is the best time to tuck into more than 100 dishes of your favourite Iftar buffet delights specially created for this holy month.

The Spread will be taking you through a journey of Iftar Buffet Delights from 22^nd June till 13^th July 2015 from 7.00pm till 10.30pm daily offering selection of dishes served by grilled station, carving station, stalls, barbeque station, Indian food corner and others.

Open kitchen concept; with sections ranging from Appetizers, Starters, Japanese cuisines, Asian delights to dessert corner to titillate diners further.  

Sumptuous repast delivered to you by Executive Chef Jackson and the team, fresh from the kitchen.

Begin your meal with great ceremony from a selection of sumptuous spread such as fresh oyster, mussel, tiger prawn on ice, sushi, sashimi, kerabu, rojak buah, roasted strip loin, ayam percik & beef wellington, roasted chicken/duck or whole lamb.

Shake(Salmon), Aburo Bunzo(Butter Fish) and Maguro (Tuna)

Mushroom tempura, Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki

That’s not all as the myriad choices continue to fried vegetables, rendang, fish head curry, lamb kebab, beef bakso noodle, vegetable lasagna, squid in percik sauce, lamb cutlet, seafood tom yam, black pepper mutton, soto ayam, sotong kangkung, smoked salmon, butter chicken, seafood butter fish, ayam golek, chicken char siew, soup, beef & potato pie, soup kambing, pasta to French pastries, desserts, and many more as the menu changes daily.   

Smooth ‘cold-panned’ ice cream done on the spot for you by Pastry Chef Sze Mun.  

Flavours to choose from Green Tea, Black Sesame, Wasabi, among the special highlights by this latest addition to the usual confectioneries. Personal preference, matcha and goma to be blended well with some nutty crushed nuts. Basically, you could DIY your ice cream as creatively as you wish.

Priced at RM 134 nett per adult and RM 67 nett for children from 6 – 12 years old includes festive gifts for all whom dine. Other than that, the corporate gift vouchers are available and may be purchased at a special rate of RM124 nett per adult – applicable for 1^st & 4^th week of Juadah Iftar. Advance purchase are required for the corporate vouchers.
