I must really say this dish dish surpasses my expectation. Most of the time, I would shun away from any fish fillet that is not home-cooked, as usually the case is, they are heavily battered with thick flour, making it very soggy, less any original taste of the fish itself. But this, earnestly deserves two thumbs up for keeping the quality intact!

Surprise by another mouthwatering recipe. Honestly, I really thought it gonna be like any other fried fritters or tempura-like noshes that is oily and near tasteless.

However, to my utter surprise, it captivates me beyond mediocre quality where the big prawns are really, really fresh and bouncy! The picture might not justify it accordingly, similarly as to how it nearly tricked me initially. But after given it a bite, voila!

For prawn dishes, the order goes by weight. Ideally, will be 10 for a pax of ten, unless for that season, they able to source for bigger breed. Loving it!
