Decided to pop over this place again for its decent spread of porky feast!

And since WP is a die-hard carnivorous foodie and is 24/7 thinking about ‘siew yuk’ aka roast pork, so brought him over to fix his porky craving with Sis & Co recipe.

One of the fondest memories that I can associate with this place from my previous maiden visit was- diners at Sis & Co really love to have their birthday occasion celebrated here as that night itself, I have had already heard nearly 6 times of birthday song being sung- all around our tables of 6 that evening, lolz. We were interestingly confused and surprised at the same time too, haha.

Roast Pork Belly (MYR 35)

Crispy roast pork served with pickled papaya salad, mashed potato and dipping sauce.

Would love to opine that the siew yuk here was actually pretty good- considering this Oriental affair is delivered from some Western kitchen but still got executed with crackling crispy skin! The accompanied relish was lovely too!

Grilled pork chop (MYR 28)

Boneless pork loin pan-fried and served with sautéed summer vegetables, mushroom sauce on the side and topped with herbed butter.

It was alright for me- a lean meat lover, enjoyed together with the melting herbed butter. However, it’s bit too dry for WP- being a huge fan of wobbly white fatty layer usually seen in pork belly (=

Some decadent slice to wrap up the day on a sweet note before clearing the throats with some refreshing drinks.

Japanese Green Tea (MYR 10)

Such a rare moment you would see WP ordering for a pot of tea- apart from either his Long Black or Mojito. Reason being- he was having some mild flu that night, haha.
