Fish Head Noodle @ SS2 Wai Sek Kai
Actually,
there is a lot of place in KL that we can find Fish Head Noodles easily. With
these numerous locations, varieties come in too.
So one day,
after doing some shopping spree, decided to come over to have a bowl of homey
Fish Head Noodles at SS2 Wai Sek Kai. In order to reduce the hassle of
separating the many tiny fish bones, so I opt for fried fish fillet instead. :D
The soup that
came with it was decently flavored with sufficient ginger and some salted
vegetables. The salted vegetable has enhanced the aroma and making it much more
appetizing to the palette. It’s neither too salty nor spicy, and it was nicely
complemented by some evaporate milk to give it a further zest! The vermicelli
itself was springy, not easily get too over soggy or soft. They even added some
shallots generously to increase the aroma. And the best part was, those fish
fillet was fresh and soft, albeit being fried earlier. Therefore, one won’t be
bugged with the fish too fishy or too many bones, like usually found in eel
fish. Yummy!
Gracious hawker food's day! ^_^
