While still pondering among the best candidates, why not head over to The Spread which is located at Level 6 of St Giles The Gardens for a sumptuous repast to unwind your day gleefully, while cheering up by the bounteous beaming natural light that indirectly helps to rejuvenate you.





Spend a joyful afternoon at the new and revitalizing all day dining restaurant to indulge into a luscious gourmet rendition by Head Chef Jackson. Also makes an ideal place to treat your families, loved ones, friends or even business associates to the gorgeous spread of local favourites, International fare, Asian cuisine and other delightful fusion temptations. 





Chic and vogue setting to first feast the eyes before you are seated comfortably by the genial staff.

To start it off, we have………

CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD WITH GRILLED CAJUN CHICKEN BREAST (MYR 37)

A hearty medley of crispy romaine lettuce tossed in caesar dressing with parmesan cheese, egg, crispy turkey strips, inhouse marinated grilled cajun chicken meat and herb Focaccia bread, 







CLASSIC SEAFOOD SOUP (MYR 30)
Toothsome soupy bowl made up of springy Indonesian prawns, New Zealand mussels, squid from Taiwan and last but not least fresh fish cooked in a scented seafood broth.






The stock is boiled using prawn shells and fish bone, appears lighter than the usual crustacean bisque but remain rich in flavor.  




CANADIAN COD (MYR 79)
Pan fried Canadian cod with sautéed vegetables, parsley potatoes and ginger shoyu sauce.






Lending some Oriental style, this luscious and thickly cut fish remain uber juicy with its simple presentation but tastes stellar.

SPICY CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA (MYR 42)
This hand tossed pizza is munificently spreaded with juicy cajun grilled chicken, pineapple cubes, tomato sauce and sliced peppers, and then topped off with shredded cheese that are beautifully melted.
                   


                                       

This Italian favorite has been given a new twist with some Asian touch to it- the chicken meat laces are delish and actually not that spicy, so in case you are looking for real hot kick, please convey to the staff beforehand. Nevertheless, this awesome pizza is good for me, who has a milder tongue (=




As from the grill side, we have this tenderly medium well done steak- perhaps it's bit charred over here.



  

AGED AUSTRALIAN BEEF RIB EYE STEAK 8oz (MYR 69)
Bountiful slab of cut served with Sarawakian black pepper alongside grilled veggies, potato wedges or mashed potato.







We are lucky to be able to try both types of potato serving, and our votes goes to the lightly buttered and sautéed herbed potato wedges.




Not forgetting some fresh fruit juices to clear the throat.

To complete your meal on a sweet note, amuse your taste bud with……..

APPLE STRUDEL (MYR 27)
Vienna style fresh apple strudel served with homemade vanilla ice cream.





The idea of placing the vanilla scoop in a chocolate mini bowl was rather cool, both visually and tastefully appealing.




Or trying out the cutesy array of this PETIT FOUR (MYR 19)
The selection of mini cakes of the day consists of carrot cake, blueberry cheese cake, chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, blueberry cake, black forest cake, apricot mini tart and brownies.


  

The cake changes daily and on every event you can look forward to delightful spread each day or each time patronizing.
