DOUBLE BOILED DRIED SEAFOOD AND ABALONE TREASURE POTTAGE
You will never go wrong with a good bowl of soup that has been cooked for some good hours in order for the flavours to be fully extracted from the assorted ingredients especially from the morel mushrooms that tastily bring up the flavor of the abalone in the subtle but treasured kind of character.

MARINATED ROYAL MOUNTAIN CHICKEN IN FINE SOYA SAUCE
The sauce used to marinate and glaze the poultry while cooking is indeed very unique and flavourful on its own. Best paired with a bowl of rice too, ahem.

STEAMED RIVER MARBLE GOBY WITH CRISPY GINGER
A case of simplicity at its best where fresh food will ultimately taste good when prepared the most unostentatious method. The meat was fresh and juicily sweet on its own.

STEWED SEA CUCUMBER WITH GOOSE FEET
Gotta admit that this is my first time trying goose feet (whereby usually will be feasting on its meat only, hehe) and it came rather as an eye-opening experience. Not forgetting the much love by the fairer sex grub- huge sea cucumber that tickled the gourmands around the table pleasantly with its fresh bounciness.

Before glaze is poured
PAN-FRIED MARMITE PRAWNS
A must-have seafood during the lunar celebration to signify more happiness blessings. Foodie who have a yen for strong flavor will enjoy the savory gravy coating the prawns.

GOLDEN SWEET CORN WITH WAXED MEAT
Also another significant dishes for the Chinese folks to kick off the festive season splendidly- waxed meat with fragrantly fried rice alongside many other preserved meat. I must say that the rice was convincingly done by really deft hands of an experienced chf!

LOTUS SEED AND LILY BULB WITH ‘TAI HAI NAM’
Some sweet ‘tong sui’ (Chinese dessert) to wrap up the feast on a sweet note!
