AUGUSTA BAKERY @ PERTH

So before we rushed off over to one of the most beautiful cave in WA after checking out from cozy manor staycation the night before, we popped over quickly at Augusta Bakery to grab some yummy grubs to fill up our tummy first.

It was touted as local favourites and also an award-winning bakery, where the rustic bakehouse operated from scratch making and selling their own bread and pastries. One of the owners was actually the 54th Certified Master Baker in the U.S.! No wonder there would always be that nice and delicious aromas wafting from the bakery, nyumm…………………

The selection by this small town bakery was incredible, offering from Breads and Buns, Donuts and Cakes, Cookies and Pies, Patries and Muffins, Espresso Coffee Drinks, Hot or Cold Beverages and even Ice Creams! Talking about pies, it reminds me of the yummy venison pie from Doughbin Bakery in Wanaka.

If only there was more time to spend, I would definitely share it in more details as what being immortalized in words on Crossings Bakery in Pemberton. WP was rushing me actually, knowing my style, so had timed me earlier on, haha……

Due to time constraint, we asked for take-away.

And Carrot Cake, Beinenstich (Bee-Sting), Apple Turnover and a warm cup of Long Black, were what we decided after a quick glance of the many more tempting pastries on the shelves! Oh yea….. I’m having a hard time to resist all those sugary temptations! (=

Each pastries was AUD 4.70 per piece.

And tada, there we go!

Munching and enjoying those yummy fresh bakeries in the car as we cruised and brought along the cuppa to the enchanting Jewel Cave! More stories coming up soon yeah!
