Guess it’s time of the year again to embrace the annual much anticipated merriment in the spirit of Yule as well as welcoming another new chapter of 2015. This year, Novotel has brought on shore a kaleidoscope of moreish Christmas and New Year’s Eve buffet to tantalize your taste buds under the good hands of Executive Chef Huzaidy Samson.







Chef Huzaidy, who is of Malaysian Chinese and English ancestry, has further refined the carte du jours for this Christmas and New Year’s Eve menu based on his experience throughout his 15 years of culinary career at various renowned establishment that includes as far as in Abu Dhabi.







Diners could expect a more elaborated feast both visually and palatably, featuring  Asian and international fusion cuisine.








The management of Accor Group had come together in celebrating this special occasion with the group’s hotels General Managers and its cordial staff to add sparkle to the yuletide cheer at Novotel KL’s Christmas Buffet Dinner along with invited guests and members from the media.

After the opening speech by Mr Thomas, the gastronomic night soon kicked off with sumptuous main courses, specialty meats, desserts and many more.

Florebelle Rose Wine and Florenbelle White Wine are sweet and vintage. These French wines exude round and lush on the palate with sweet combination of fresh and tropical fruits. The citrus bouquet makes them a delicious aperitif.





As the French way had it, canapés, vol-au-vent and other amuse-bouche to first greet you appetizingly as hors d’oeuvre.

In a move to put smiles on the less fortunate too, children from United Learning Centre (ULC) were invited to be part of this meaningful epicurean night. CSR initiatives such as this would surely makes the world a much better place to live in, with all humankind spreading the magic of loving-kindness. Utterly a noble act of lovingness!






In conjunction with this wondrous night, the angels from ULC have also threw a special Christmas caroling performance.
