GRATIN OF IRISH OYSTERS BRAISED LEEK WITH MUSTARD CREAM GOLDEN ROE DAIKON CRESS

Looking creamy but yet light enough to the palate that is lusciously amused by the juicy Irish oysters underneath the slight crusty cheesy bread crumbs. Complementing the hors d'oeuvre is the 2010 Riesling’s notes of citrus blossom, lime and crushed stone aromas, followed by apple and hint of just-slightly-sweet wine.











By just a sheer glimpse of this amuse-bouche is sufficient to denote much more notable creations to come.









LOVE APPLE SOUP SWEET ROMA TOMATOES PUREE AND CREAM FRACHE

Delicate and smooth savory broth intuitively garnished with ‘Love’  that works well with Pinot Noir’s soft and round palate, dark plum and raspberry flavours that eventually accentuated with a hint of spicy smoke oak and a long finish.











VIRGIN MARGARITA SORBET STRAWBERRY AND BASIL, MAGIC POPSUGARS



A refreshing palate cleanser that proves to be very enlivening to the gustatory sense, much more when your gratification moment gets spiced up with the magically popping sugars in your mouth that relives back that nostalgic sweet childhood moment.










AUSTRALIAN LAMB SOUS VIDE BUCKWHEAT SALAD WITH MINT CARPACCIO OF ASPARAGUS AND CARAMELIZED LEMON.

An elaborated pièce de résistance that indicates thorough effort being poured into producing each component of this entrée. The juicy lamb medallions are prepared sous-vide way and have been seared earlier to ensure even cooking from inside out as well as to retain its moisture. The natural flavor of the meat is then heightened up understatedly by smidgens of its own bone sauce that has been reduced beforehand. Hence, gourmet gets to relish in the sapid tenderness of the meat au jus, that somehow resembles the softness from marshmallow, coupled with a good glass of vino.











Perfect profile of Chianti Classicoa that exudes aroma of cherry and red berry fruits, lifted by a grace note of mineral; assertive on entry, with savory freshness to the fore mid palate before the delicious finale reprises fragrant notes of balsam-wreathed fruitiness.




PAN-FRIED ATLANTIC COD, MANGO AND AVOCADO SALSA BUTTERED COCKTAIL POTATOES AND VIOLET LEAVES

Another remarkable oceanic rendition brilliantly dished up by Chef  Arini artistically . The saporous fillet of cod provides a pleasant texture nuance in its freshness even in the simplest cooking, enhanced by the tangy, fruity salsa condiment (can get addicted though) that executed an au naturel perfection palatably. Simply gratifying and personally dubs as the crème de la crème- but could be bias as am an ardent fan of fish recipes.  ♥(ˆˆԅ)










That said, this endearing dish would easily capture the heart of the fairer sex effortlessly with its appetizing and tart sauce, ideally paired with fresh citrus, stone fruits and smattering of oak influence notes from Chardonnay. Bliss! 






RED VELVET CHEESE SOUFFLÉ WITH CRYSTAL EDIBLE FLOWERS

Finally, the perfect round up of any epicurean affair on a sweet note. Interestingly whipped up soufflé with cream cheese that gently folds in French meringue to create such an exemplary dessert served daintily in a margarita glass, resulting in a velvet chef-d'oeuvre appealing to both visual and tastefulness.







What’s best other than to have a refine companion like the vibrant Disznoko Tokaji that comes with honey sweetness and elegantly well-balanced fruitiness from the masses of lemon zest, crunchy apple with a tinge of spices and a herbal quality too? Sounds exotic, but rest assured it tastes stellar!

The Valentines’ Day set menu is priced at MYR 398 ++ per couple without wine pairing and MYR 598 + per couple with wine pairing; ONLY available on 14th February 2015 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.  Ladies will receive a stalk of rose and heart-shaped chocolate pralines. Be the first couple to make payment for the wine pairing menu and rececive one night complimentary stay in a One Bedroom Suit inclusive of buffet breakfast for two persons at Kembali Kitchen.
