torn between its massive possibility of mix-and-match your toppings with types
of bread that you prefer.
WASABI MAYO HAM PIZZA with ONSEN TAMAGO
For this variety, a herb base dough is
chosen to be paired with chicken ham, mushrooms and bonito flakes, then topped
with generous helping of mozzarella cheese and zesty drizzle of wasabi mayonnaise. Love the funky idea of adding wasabi to the pizza, somewhat tasty and not that fearful pungent, oishii!
TERIYAKI CHICKEN PIZZA
Also a herb based dough in this case, to
go along with juicy chicken kaarage cubes, tuna, bonito flakes, some savoury
topping like sweet onion, pineapple, Japanese mayonnaise, Okonomiyaki sauce and

seaweed, sweet corn, mozzarella cheese to be accompanied by juicy tempura
prawns, soft shell crabs, bonito flakes, before completing the bake with delish
mentai mayonnaise.

with pineapples, bonito flakes and mozzarella cheese. Looks humble but equally delectable.
Overall, it is quite a
creative endeavor as far as pizza menu is concerned. Never before could I imagine
toppings like my fave fried soft shell crab could be enjoyed atop mozzarella with
pizza, albeit it might not be as conveniently consumed like the usual flat triangular
bread, so just watch out a bit. Other than that, they are toothsome and makes wholesome
grubs. Do expect more new menu to be crafted up soon, especially the intriguing
