CRÈME DE LA CRÈME (CDLC) x THE TOKYO RESTAURANT @ ISETAN THE JAPAN STORE

The leading pioneer in artisanal ice cream designer Crème De La Crème (CDLC) is not resting on its laurels and Lio Lim (Managing Director of CDLC) is thrilled to announce its next exciting collaboration with The Tokyo Restaurant (TRR) which is famed for its 6th Avenue Burnt Cheesecake in this moreish marriage.
Located at the same floor as Sushi Azabu on Level 4F, Isetan Lot 10, TRR guest dining at this contemporary Japanese-European fare will now also get to indulge in these rich and creamy handcrafted ice creams that are exclusively created in conjunction with this inaugural collaboration.
The Tokyo Restaurant’s famous burnt cheesecake needs no further introduction, same goes for CDLC which has also taken the gelato market by storm with its revolutionized beautiful ice creams creations. Now that the best of two worlds are combining, ardent fans of both cheese and ice cream could now relish divinely with the newly crafted indulgence.
There are two new flavours for artisanal ice creams- Burnt Caramel Cheesecake and Tokyo La Crème.
The former is a mouthwatering burnt caramel ice cream swirled with TTR’s burnt cheesecake that render a dense and smooth richness that surely tantalized your taste buds, while the latter is a creamy cream cheese ice cream featuring fresh Australian cream cheese texturized with the perfect proportion of TTR’s burnt cheesecake, resulting in an amazing nuance balance.
As for plated desserts, patrons could savour heartily with alluring slice of enticing TTR iconic 6th Avenue Burnt Cheesecake accompanied with some hazelnuts and caramel, alongside whimsically paired with a scoop of Burnt Caramel ice cream from CDLC.
Akito Sakamoto (General Manager of TTR) couldn’t agree more on the aptly paired ultimate in this confectionary gourmet debut that is inspired by their much celebrated 6th Avenue Burnt Cheesecake and believes their discerning guests would also adore and enjoy them as much as they are.
Apart from that, the new flavours of the delicious ice creams are also available at CDLC own outlet at Uptown Damansara. So drop by for a try whenever you are nearby.
Plush leather sofas, elegant booth seating, a bar and lounge area plus an open kitchen ornamenting the restaurant’s space gorgeously.
Cheers for now and follow us at Carpe Diem for more ‘food-ful’ discoveries! ℒℴѵ
